Visiting the Aga Khan Centre
Our beautiful building is not just a space of learning and research, but also an opportunity for members of the public to appreciate Islamic gardens, designs, and art in the heart of London.
We offer free public tours, but attendance must be booked in advance.
Please note that if you have not made a booking, you will be able to come to the building during opening hours and view exhibitions in the gallery, but will not be able to see other parts of the building.
Tours are roughly one hour long, and are led by a team of knowledgeable volunteers. They are aimed at guests aged 8 and over, and we ask that any younger children be kept under close supervision. The building is fully wheelchair accessible and a wheelchair is available onsite for those less able to stand.
You can book a tour on our Eventbrite page. If you have a group of 8 or more, or are in London for a short period of time in which tours are currently fully booked, please contact us on enquiries@agakhancentre.org.uk and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Our calendar is currently showing availability until the end of July 2025. When demand is high, we may add additional tours at shorter notice, so please do check back. If you are interested in a date beyond July, please sign up to our mailing list.
We look forward to welcoming you soon!
